Be Among The First To Know
The Life That No Longer Fits

A book years in the making.

A conversation that may change the way you understand yourself.

There are moments in life when something quietly begins to shift.

Not dramatically.

Not all at once.

But quietly.

A growing awareness that the life you've been living no longer feels aligned with who you are becoming.

You keep going.

You meet responsibilities.

You do what needs to be done.

Yet somewhere beneath it all, something feels different.

Restless.

You feel disconnected.

Exhausted.

Like you have spent so long surviving that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly be yourself.

You begin asking questions you can no longer ignore.

Is this really how I want to live?

When did I become so disconnected from myself?

How did I end up here?

What if there is another way?

The Life That No Longer Fits is a deeply personal exploration of those questions.

A book about understanding.

Understanding yourself.

Understanding what no longer fits.

And understanding what becomes possible when you begin listening to yourself again.

The manuscript is complete.

The cover is now being thoughtfully created and will be revealed very soon.

I'd love to invite you to be among the very first to see it.

The Cover Reveal

Every page of this book has been written with intention.

The cover was never going to be any different.

Rather than rushing this final step, I'm allowing the same care and thought to shape the very first thing you'll see.

The first people to experience the cover won't be the public.

They'll be the people who have quietly walked alongside this journey from the beginning.

I'd love that to include you.

This Book May Be For You If...

You have ever quietly wondered...

Is this really how I want to live?

Why do I feel disconnected from myself?

Why does everything look fine on the outside but feel different on the inside?

When did I stop feeling like myself?

What if there isn't anything wrong with me?

What if I simply need to understand myself differently?

If those questions feel familiar...

You are not alone.

And this book may be exactly the conversation you've been waiting to have.

A Personal Note From Karen

I was simply trying to understand why a life that looked successful on the outside no longer felt like my own. What followed was a deeply personal journey of questioning, reflection and change.

A journey that challenged old beliefs, invited difficult conversations and ultimately changed the way I understood myself and my life.

What began as my own search for understanding would eventually become The Life That No Longer Fits, Understanding First™, and a growing body of work dedicated to helping people understand themselves more deeply and create lives that feel aligned with who they truly are.

My hope is that these pages help you see yourself with greater compassion, understand your experiences more deeply, and recognise that meaningful change begins not with judgement...

...but with understanding.

Because people are not broken.

They make sense.

And understanding changes everything.

A Final Thought

Sometimes the moment a life no longer fits is not the end of something.

It is an invitation.

An invitation to pause.

To listen.

To understand.

And perhaps, for the first time in a very long time, to begin creating a life that feels like your own.

If that conversation speaks to something within you...

I'd love to welcome you as one of the First Readers.
