Digital Product Usage Licence
UNfirst Kids™ · Digital Products
VERSION 1.0 · OCTOBER 2026
Thank you for bringing a little UNfirst Kidsâ„¢ magic into your world. This short licence explains how you can enjoy and print your UNfirst Kidsâ„¢ digital products while helping us protect the creativity behind them.
1. Who can use your product
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print the UNfirst Kidsâ„¢ digital product you bought for either (a) one household, including its family members, or (b) one individual educator for use with their own classroom or regular teaching group.
2. What you may do
You may save the files on your own devices, print and reprint the pages or cards for your licensed household or classroom/group, and use them in activities with the children you care for or teach. You may have a printing service produce copies solely for your permitted use.
3. What is not permitted
Please do not share the downloaded files (such as ZIP folders or PDFs) with other households, educators, classrooms or organisations; upload them to shared drives, public websites or online groups; sell, distribute or give away copies of the digital files; or sell, publish, commercially reproduce or create products for resale using the artwork, characters, wording or designs. Do not remove or replace ownership notices.
One educator may use the product with their own classroom or regular group. A purchase does not cover school-wide sharing, multiple educators or classrooms, organisation-wide distribution, or use as a product or paid resource supplied to others. Please contact UNfirst Kidsâ„¢ to request additional permission for these uses. Ordinary play at family parties and gatherings is permitted under a household licence.
5. Ownership
All intellectual-property rights in the product, its original illustrations, characters, designs and written content remain with their respective rights holders. Buying the download grants the limited usage permission described here; it does not transfer ownership of those rights.
6. Digital delivery and consumer rights
This licence describes how the product may be used. Purchase, digital delivery, cancellation and refund terms are addressed separately in the Digital Purchase Terms provided at checkout. Nothing in this licence excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
7. Questions or additional permissions
For help with your download or to request wider educational, organisational or commercial permission, please use the contact details provided on the UNfirst Kidsâ„¢ website or in your purchase confirmation email.
